Shipping Policy
All sales are final. Please double check your address before confirming your order because we will not be able to make changes to the addresses once the order is put through. This is an important step to ensure quick turnaround times for printing and shipping your orders.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
We offer tracked and insured shipping to most countries worldwide. If your address isn’t accepted at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada & USA: 3–8 business days
International: 5–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
Orders are shipped via the most reliable and cost-efficient carriers available. We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or that are unclaimed by the recipient.
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
All sales are final. Each piece is made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
